Plain-language privacy notice.
This page covers what we collect on the dentalops.dev marketing site. Once you become a customer, our BAA governs how we handle protected health information, which is the strict layer above this notice.
Short version: we collect what you tell us on the audit form (name, email, practice details), use it to send your written audit and follow up about DentalOps, never sell or share it, and delete it on request.
What we collect
- Audit form submissionsName, role, practice name, software in use, chair count, email address. Submitted voluntarily by you.
- Email correspondenceIf you reply to our outreach or write to hello@dentalops.dev, we keep the thread.
- Server logsIP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp. Standard for any web service. Used for abuse prevention and debugging.
- No analytics or tracking pixelsThis site has no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no third-party trackers.
- No cookiesThe marketing site sets no cookies of any kind.
How we use it
- Send you the auditWithin 48 hours of your form submission, we email a written RCM Leak Audit to the address you provided.
- Follow up about DentalOpsIf your practice fits our design-partner cohort, we may reach out about that program. You can opt out by replying "stop" to any email.
- Improve the productAggregated patterns across audits inform our pricing and feature priorities. No individual practice is identifiable in this analysis.
What we do NOT do
- Sell or rent your informationNever. To anyone.
- Share with marketing or data brokersNever.
- Process PHI on this marketing siteThe audit form does not collect protected health information. Our HIPAA infrastructure is separate and applies only to active customer practices under an executed BAA.
- Use your data to train AI modelsCustomer data and audit submissions are not used to train Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other foundation model.

- ResendOutbound transactional email delivery (your audit arrives via Resend).
- Google WorkspaceInbound email at hello@dentalops.dev. Storage of email correspondence.

How long we keep it
- Audit form submissionsRetained until you request deletion or 24 months, whichever is sooner.
- Email correspondenceRetained for 24 months in Google Workspace, then archived or deleted.
- Server logs30 days, then automatically rotated.
Your rights
You can request any of the following at any time by emailing hello@dentalops.dev:
- AccessA copy of everything we have on you.
- CorrectionUpdate incorrect information.
- DeletionErase your record. Completed within 30 days of request.
- Opt-outStop all marketing follow-up. Immediate.
Children
This site is intended for healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this notice
If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and post a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days. The "last updated" date below is authoritative.
